Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc., Denton, TX, has announced the acquisition of Belleza Concept International, Inc., a leading distributor of professional beauty supply products in Puerto Rico, by its subsidiary Beauty Systems Group LLC. The addition of Belleza Concept is expected to provide BSG with a solid presence in Puerto Rico, an excellent marketplace for beauty supply products.
